I have an excellent track record of project management and have, from concept consistently delivered plans and products that are in-line with consumer trends. This experience is backed-up with qualifications in areas of business, analytics and a strong creative portfolio. I have spent approximately 11 years within the entrepreneurial landscape.

2017 Calendar A5 'Through the Seasons with

Calendars
Continuing on from the foodie, nutrition and chef works I created some calendars for 2017.
With a focus on herbs and spices and seasonal fresh ingredients the calendars provide a series of vibrant photography featuring kitchen gardens and ingredients alongside original recipes through the seasons.
All elements created through my own food and photography, predominantly utilising adobe,
providing a useful,
informative, calendar
and recipe collection.
Greetings Cards
First creating a series of postcards from the river bank during the regattas of 2010 and subsequently a series of designs I have now created a range of cards featuring my own artwork, oil paintings, sketches and sculpture.
My paintings tend to be large oils
on canvas and I have generated a
wealth of study material, some
drawing inspiration from well
known artists, others being quite
contemporary.
The most recent addition is the range of foodie cards, picturing
some classic and original dishes,
crafted and created by myself
and encouraging and celebrating
those social occasions
we look forward to.

I have built an extensive portfolio of projects ranging from food items and packaging through to furniture design and items for the home.

series of foodie products
and associated products.
First created in 2012
Cheeseboards and home
accessories, prototyped and
designed to provide aesthetic
and bespoke temperature
controlled cheeseboards.
Furniture designs extend to tables and sideboards, mostly done using natural and reclaimed materials and were on display at my show room just outside of Henley on Thames.
Websites
A series of sites have been built and test marketed since 2006, at the time of building they offered completely unique resources for the user with a focus on facilitating marketing for the small independent business providing something special and often handcrafted or highly skilled.
It is these works that I consider
to be most valuable and the ones
that I tried to launch commercially,
however due to resources and
circumstances have eventually
decided to remove the published
sites from the public domain.
The works are still relevant and I hope that I will be in a position to launch a lifestyle collection at some point in the future and would be happy to collaborate with anyone wishing to do something similar.

Design and Print
Having an element in most of my roles since 2000 I have
also completed a number of freelance works, some of
these allowed a bit of creative freedom, requiring to be
cost effective and efficient forms of communication.
The examples here within the
foods sector, an independent
promotion for a new site I
launched early 2007.
The second being designed
for an agency targeting the
hotel and catering industry
and the final one being for a
construction company
in 2011.
